SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise stated on the individual product. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Sometimes items will be fulfilled separately. In the case your items are shipped separately you will receive tracking via email for each shipped item.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO SHIPPING RATES
All orders will be calculated based on weight. Any orders that are less than 1lb are a flat rate of $6.00. All orders that equal 1lb or more are a flat rate of $9.00. All orders that equal $99 or more (Before taxes & shipping) will be given the option of free shipping at checkout.
U.S. POSTAL SERVICE FIRST CLASS AND PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Priority shipping is used when items weigh over 1lb and don't take precedence over first class. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders must be received by 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday-Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide which means orders that are not classified as shipping to U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. We offer Flat Rate International Priority Mail shipping. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 10 business days (if international) following 2-3 business days warehouse processing time. International Mail prices are based on weight and destination and will appear as a Shipping Option in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Kenzy Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Kenzy Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination need to be disputed with the Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
