U.S. Return Policy
Kenzy Co gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Kenzy Co E-Gift Card). DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, simply email us hello@kenzyco.com within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- A garment that is worn and damaged through wear does not qualify for a defective or damaged item.
- Ordering an incorrect size does not qualify as a defective or damaged item.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at hello@kenzyco.com Request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving all items in the order.
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to hello@kenzyco.com
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name, order #, and product code/name of the item.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and the order number included. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
- If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to return it to you.

How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the date we received your item(s) back for your return/exchange to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Kenzy Co E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.
Is there a return fee?
- If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping will be exact shipping amount for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Kenzy Co E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method. However, we can usually help cut shipping cost for you when you use our pre-paid label.
